My
Approach

I understand that every individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit your specific needs, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

I believe in a holistic approach to counselling, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. My extensive training encompasses various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Couples Therapy.

In addition to these modalities, I am actively engaged in dementia research and employ reminiscence therapy techniques to support individuals experiencing memory loss and cognitive decline. This approach helps clients reconnect with their past, reinforcing their identity and fostering emotional well-being.

My counselling style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I create a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at your own pace.
